Following a
comprehensive strategic plan in 2008, Matrix
Massage underwent a major corporate restructuring.
From the bottom to the very top, many changes were
made and company policies were modified. Though the
rich history of Matrix Massage has certainly
preserved the values that differentiate the spa
from the competition, the mission statement was
redefined as Matrix seeks to embrace its past and
focus on its future.
The new Matrix Spa & Massage expanded into fully integrated spa center, adding new services, including: facials, body wraps, bio-physique weight loss treatment and complimentary Turbo bath. Additionally, all products used by the spa are organic and of high quality and each of its estheticians are insured and licensed.
Every individual—receptionists, massage therapists, and estheticians—here at Matrix Spa & Massage are fully trained and closely supervised to guarantee the full satisfaction of every guest. The spa has developed a unique internal process that consistently tracks and monitors the delivery of excellence and high-quality service.

Our
Past
The
company, Matrix Massage, was officially established
in 2001, after undergoing development during a
difficult year in 2000. The Matrix Massage dream
was built on passion and commitment, and finally,
it was time to give back to the community that had
supported Julieta Hernandez since 1993.
Matrix Massage quickly became a place where massage was taken to the next level; helping people forget about chronic pain and long standing discomfort, and changing lives one by one. New massage therapists had been given the opportunity of being mentored by the owner, Julieta, who always empowered them to be better and taught new generations how to achieve their highest potential. The humble beginning of Matrix Massage was so successful that within two years a major expansion occurred.
By 2003, the headquarters of Matrix Massage relocated to the heart of Salt Lake City in the Trolley Square area and became one of the finest massage studios in town. The standard of excellence was, as it is now, always enforced. Soon after becoming established with a growing reputation, a new challenge of re-creating the business emerged. To keep the dream alive and Matrix Massage growing, Julieta went back to school and gained an education in the business management field

expertise of our caring, confident, and competent
therapists, we will enhance your experience of the
healing art of intuitive massage. Our purpose is to
release stress in people’s lives; creating a
positive change for male and female business
professionals and executives. We achieve our
purpose through both relaxing and calming touch and
a strong and dynamic combination of sports and deep
tissue massage.

believe not everybody has the Gift of
Healing, as we called it in our slogan
"intuitive massage". We pride ourselves to
have an intensive recruiting program which
focus not only in the academic studies but
also in the Gift of Healing.
Once we find a massage therapist with the Gift, we then instruct and teach on how to best be prepared to perform at the top of his or her abilities.
It is through this Gift that our hands are able to locate the conflicted areas in your body and bring the healing needed.

We believe that there is no routine that will
always be effective for the same person.
Through the understanding of your pains,

From our original icons we have kept the Dragon and modernize it. A powerful Dragon in a red outline that keeps the warmth in the color and the Strength in the heart.

The feelings of relaxation, cleanliness and peace come together in our logo through the white on the background, the relaxed handwriting of the word "Matrix" and the detailed brushes that created the outline of the hands.
We have also adopted the Swan because of its chinese meaning as a solar bird...
The “White Swan”, considered a solar creature by learned scholars of ancient China, is truly symbolic of Matrix’s nurturing attributes. Goodness and peace coupled with renewal and strength makes Matrix Spa & Massage a sanctuary of healing
